  17. He doesn't need to be god. Static translation of ALL programs is unsolvable but that's
  18. not a problem. It is possible to translate every program for a particular finite computer
  19. but that's not an (helpful) answer.

  21. The question is wether you can efficiently translate programs generated from todays
  22. programming languages and their compilers.
